Child of Courage Awards 2012

Do you know of an inspirational child with diabetes? If so, please nominate them for the Pop 4 Diabetes child of courage award.

This year we are choosing 2 children who have shown tremendous courage in dealing with their diabetes. They will be awarded their trophy and prizes at this years Charity Ball on 8th October in Bournemouth by a well known celebrity. The awards will be sponsored by different companies from across the UK.
