Child of Courage Awards 2020
Do you know of an inspirational child with Diabetes? If so, please nominate them for the Pop 4 Diabetes child of courage award.
This year we are choosing 2 children, a boy and a girl, who will receive the Christopher Hall award for their tremendous courage in dealing with their diabetes. They will be awarded their trophy and prizes at this years Charity Ball.
Please contact us with your nominations and why you would like to nominate the child. We look forward to reviewing your nominations (under 18’s please).
